Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag GeForce GTX Tech Video shows the PC advantage

Here’s a new video of the piratey action-adventure Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag by Ubisoft, with Nvidia collaborating to point out the various features exclusive to the card maker depicted in this open-world title. Visual enhancements include PCSS allows fore the creation of more realistic and smoother shadows; optimised God Rays means that sunlight and moonlight effects are more subtle yet realistic; HBAO+ allows for high-quality shadows wherein multiple objects come into play in a single scene; and TXAA gets rid of those pesky jaggies that appear when the camera is in motion.
