During an open world experience players will be able to switch between the two characters any time, while doing the story mission, you will not be able to switch due to story progressing.  Jacob is equipped with a modified version of gauntlet which includes hallucinogenic darts which turns enemies against each other, a rope launcher which can be use as a grappling hook and a signature hidden blade.  In terms of story the Templar gangs is causing trouble to the poor people and now it is up to the twins bother and sister to stop them for good and fight for justice.
