First off, the fourth monster is called Behemoth, and it is free who those who pre-ordered the game as it is part of the Monster Expansion Pack; other will have to purchase it for £11.99/14.99. The four new hunters are included in the Hunting Season Pass priced at $24.99, though one can also acquire them individually for £6.19/$7.49.

They are Torvald (Assault) – a Cyborg due to his encounters with monsters, who wields back-mounted Mortar Cannons, an Autofire Shotgun and Shrapnel Grenade; Crow (Trapper) – very familiar with Shear and has a trained pet Batray called Gobi that can scout an area, the character wields a Stasis Gun that can fired rapid shots or a charged one thereby slowing down the monster, and a Kinetic Long Rifle that also has charged and rapid-fire modes (the former supposedly bypasses armour and damages health); Slim (Medic) – a human who DNA was genetically modified giving him a more of an insectoid look and very unique abilities, he employs a Leech Gun to weaken the monster and reduces the reload time of his Healing Burst (which has a larger radius than the other medics), can use the Healing drone to regenerate teammates’ health, and the Spore Cloud Launcher to conceal the team’s scent, allowing for surprise attacks; finally, there’s ace pilot and engineer Sunny (Support), who has Shield Drones for aiding her team members, a Jetpack Booster for the who team, and a Mininuke Grenade Launcher for laying the hurt.

The two free maps are Broken Hill Mine and Broken Hill Foundry, and they will arrive first on Xbox One on 31 March and on the PC and PS4 on 30 April. Also expect a free Observer Mode for a sixth (non) player who can depict stats and switch camera angles for streaming broadcasts.
