Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor releases on 30 September
Warner Bros has announced that it has decided to launch Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor a bit earlier than its previously estimated release date of 7 October; the action RPG will now arrive on the PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One and PS4 on 30 September in North America and on 3 October in the UK.
The move seems like a sound business decision to us, considering that October will see the launch of several notable titles including survival horror games Alien: Isolation and The Evil Within as well as another interesting looking RPG Lords of the Fallen. This gives gamers a bit more time to get their mitts on their choice of games, while going a bit easier on one’s wallet. Shadow of Mordor’s story sees ranger Talion terrorising orcs and hacking his way through them on his journey of revenge for the brutal killing of his family.
The game’s intriguing Nemesis system promises for some fun times and unique enemies and playthroughs; click here to see why this has piqued our interest.
