Rebellion, ruthless despots and deadly wildlife feature in Far Cry 4’s Story Trailer

As we draw closer to the release of Ubisoft’s open-world FPS, the steady stream of media promoting Far Cry 4 continues, with the latest trailer delving in to the story.

The game, set in the beautiful mountainous realm of Kyrat, sees players step into the shoes of Ajay Ghale as her returns to the country to fulfil his mother’s dying wish, but becomes embroiled in a conflict between factions keen on overthrowing the regime of the ruthless dictator Pagan Min.

The clip illustrates the numerous opponents one can face, which range from armed human opponents, to wildlife including bears, wolves and tigers. We also get to see the key characters in the shooter such as the main antagonist, the strife between the traditionalist Golden Path leader Sabal and Amita, with the latter inclined to utilise contemporary means to achieve the rebellion’s ends.
