Spiders and Focus Home Interactive announce scifi RPG Technomancer
Focus Home Interactive and Spiders studio recently unveiled a new scifi RPG called Technomancer. While not much else was revealed, there are also two accompanying images that you can peruse below.
From what I can make out, it appears to be a spin-off of Mars: War Logs, a cyberpunk third-person action RPG – released back in 2013 for the PC, Xbox 30 and PS3 – by the same studio. While that game had some issues, such as clunky combat, which detracted from its overall appeal, its premise and RPG mechanics showed promise. Their more recent fantasy action RPG Bound by Flame also suffered from some of the same flaws, though it marked a significant improvement over the previous offering.
Given the amount of fun I had playing as a warrior/rogue in Bound by Flame, I remain keen on finding out what Technomancer has to offer. We’ll bring you more info on this as and when further information emerges!
