Woolfe: The Red Hood Diaries is out now for the PC, and you can revel in the news with the following launch trailer.

GRIN Studios’ Unreal Engine 3-powered 2.5D action-platformer is an interesting take on the classic fable starring Red Riding Hood, with the game featuring various enemies to use your trust axe upon and environment puzzles to solve. Expect appearances by The Pied Piper, Pinocchio and more, though in this verse it is more likely that they are enemies rather than allies.

The story revolves around the main character embarking on a tale of vengeance against B.B. Woolfe – who heads the powerful Woolfe Industries – and his many minions following the untimely demise of her father, who once worked for the same business.
