0Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain- debut trailer revealed
Hideo Kojima at GDC in San Francisco has officially revealed that both Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zero and The Phantom Pain are part of Metal Gear Solid V, combined together in one game. At GDC Kojima showed a lengthy video, featuring Snake from the scenes of Ground Zero and Phantom Pain. After the GDC session Kojima explains that Ground Zero is a prologue to the main game, The Phantom Pain.
Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain will be released for PlayStaion 3 and Xbox 360. Kojima the games’s director said MGS5 is an open world game but the game begins with more on the rail experience, as that particular sequence has been designed to understand the overall system and controls of the game. In the tutorial sequence of the game you will see Snake wakes up from coma after 9 years in a hospital and looks at his arm which has been replaced by a hook. Then suddenly the hospital is being attacked by some unknown enemies. Snake has lost all his movement capabilities, he stumble across the hospital corridors and assisted by his subordinate Ismael a bandaged patient. In an attempt to stay hidden and survive the deadly assault, the entire sequence will more as of on rail experience.
