Check out the Trailer, Screenshots of hand-drawn 2D action platformer Aaru’s Awakening

Here are the first few screenshots and an accompanying trailer for Iceland-based Lumenox Games’ amazing little 2D action platformer Aaru’s Awakening. Featuring hand-drawn visuals containing paper-based line work and watercolour textures, the game looks unique and appealing, with its gameplay cementing that notion.

Set to arrive this Summer simultaneously on the PS3 and its successor, the game sees the titular character utilising his teleportation and charging to solve fast-paced puzzles while traversing the realm of Lumenox on his quest to defeat an evil antagonist. The game will also be available this Summer for the PC and Mac.
