Hellraid heading to next-gen consoles, pushed back to 2015

Techland officially re-announced that its upcoming hack ‘n’ slash title Hellraid is now heading to Xbox One, PS4 along-side with the PC. According to Techland, developers of the Dead Island series the game has “expanded and evolved”. But at the same time the game will remain faith full to what we have seen so far in terms of gameplay and features.

Techland has also added lot of new gameplay features and to show it all off, they have put together a new video. In trailer we get to see some of the tweak made to the game’s combat system. The melee combat has become more complex as there are variety of fighting styles such as counter-attacks, parrying, and dashing abilities. The game is now powered by the Chrome 6 engine, the same tech which they are using to develop Dying Light. The game has been pushed back yet again, this time to 2015 as the developers are in favor for PS4 and Xbox One, rather than previously announced for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
