Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII trailer elaborates on story, characters

Here’s another trailer from Square Enix of their JRPG Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII; called “The Divine Task”, the video reveals a bit more about the plotline, the various characters heroine Lightning will interact with (check out Hope and Fang), as well as the motivation behind the protagonists mission to save people from an apocalypse. There also a bit of gameplay thrown in there for good measure, so you can get an idea of what to expect once it arrives in February 2014 in North America and Europe. Also, don’t forget to view the pre-order trailer and screens, which detail various bonus items such as the Cloud Strife DLC.
