New trailer suggests The King of Fighters XIII Steam Edition incoming for PC

A new trailer for The King of Fighters XIII has emerged, with the words “Steam Edition” at the end of the clip strongly suggesting that a PC port of SNK Playmore’s fighting game is in the works. While an official announcement is yet to be made, the fact that the clip was added to Steam lends much credence to rumours that this is imminent. The game was released back in 2010 for the Xbox 360 and PS3, with Atlus and Rising Star Games pushing out the North American and European versions respectively.

The trailer above shows off various characters from the brawler, including gameplay sequences involving fights between Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami, Mature and Vice, Maxima and K Dash, Robert Garcia and Ryo Sakazaki, Kim and Terry Bogard, Shen Woo and Duolon, Billy Kane and of course, Mai Shiranui.
