This version of the fantasy third-person RPG boasts of 60 fps support, a customisable rendering resolution option, more than 150 distinctive recruitable monsters, each with unique and special abilities, more open and vast environments to explore, the option to choose English or Japanese voice-overs, an enhanced battle system featuring Cinematic Action sequences and a battle clock and the addition of the Historia Crux gameplay system that results in different flora, fauna and weather conditions of a locale depending on when you explore it.
