The Surge pre-alpha Gameplay footage shows Dark Soul-esque Combat

A pre-alpha gameplay footage for sci-fi hack and slash RPG, The Surge, has emerged, which offers us a look at the first gameplay footage, and that looks reminiscent of Dark Souls third-person combat.

The fight shown in the video is more like one-on-one, where the combat is stamina focus, we see player dogging various moves and then carry on with a stylistic slow motion finisher, dismembering his enemies.
