Car chases, hacking and bullets fill Watch Dogs Launch trailer

Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs will make its appearance on the PC, Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One and PS4 on 27 May, due to which a trailer showcasing cinematic gameplay has been posted to celebrate its imminent launch. We see protagonist Aiden Pearce utilising his (super) smartphone to hack his way and give opponents chasing him the slip, using it to raise barricades, mess up traffic signals and blackout areas when cornered. The clip also reminds us that there are numerous other vehicles in the game, including speedboats and motorbikes.

Of course, the main character can’t rely on pretty words and his mobile to accomplish his objectives, and hence we see him introducing several opponents to a pistol and baton in some fast-paced combat sequences. Click here to view more on the multiplatform open-world action game set in Chicago.
