New Kingdom Come: Deliverance screenshot illustrates a castle
To mark having reached 8,000 fans on their Facebook page, Warhorse Studios have issued a single new screenshot showcasing a castle in their upcoming open-world medieval combat RPG. The developers have also stated that the building is based on a real location, which currently only consists of a foundation and some walls with a château situated on it; they reconstructed the structure with the aid of an archaeologist.
The CryEngine 3 game is currently on track for a 2015 release on the PC, Xbox One and PS4, and aims to providing a true medieval RPG via a first-person perspective, with varied locations, open warfare including sieges and combat while on horseback.
