Ninja Theory to unleash Hellblade for PS4; debut trailer and images here

Ninja Theory – those behind excellent titles such as Enslaved: Odyssey to the West and Heavenly Sword – at Gamescom announced Hellblade, an all-new action game for the PS4 with the following trailer and some images. In the cinematic clip, a woman wielding a blade inscribed with runes appears to be kneeling in the centre of a Stonehenge-like circle in front of a crucified creature.

However, the latter soon seems to reanimate, while dark ominous shadows circle around her, as she rises up and looks all set to battle unseen opponents. According to the developers, the game, somewhat inspired by Celtic myth, revolves around female protagonist Senua and her journey through the underworld.
