Samsung’s smart scroll-not eye tracking

According to the latest rumours the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone would come with a few high-tech eye-sensitive features. Samsung claims that these features will elevate the reading and video watching experience to a whole new level. On Thursday the company announced Smart Pause and Smart Scroll.

Smart Scroll lets the users scroll browsers and emails without any need to touch the screen. Rumours had it that this feature would include eye tracking, instead it relies on facial recognition.

The pages scroll up and down by sensing wrist movements and recognising the users face as he/she looks at the screen.
