Remedy’s Quantum Break gets a Live-Action/Gameplay mix Debut Trailer
Next up is the debut trailer for Quantum Break, Remedy’s first game for Microsoft’s newly announced next-gen console Xbox One. The clip shows a ship teleporting and smashing into a bridge, following which we see some third-person perspective footage as what looks to be an investigator from a company called Monarch Security arrives at an explosion site while a guard from the same firm looks on. This footage is mixed with some live-action feed showing a girl moving somewhere with her family, though it appears that they are attempting to find safe haven, and that the girl is not exactly ordinary. Quantum Break seems to revolve around the concept of time and hints at some interesting concepts; given that this is from Remedy (those behind the excellent Max Payne and Alan Wake), we have high hopes for their upcoming game.
